“Had a great experience at the parts counter.”

Had a great experience at the parts counter. As a DIY'er I was a little apprehensive about what kind of service I would be getting....all that was quickly put to rest. Was able to get advice on a leaky TXV flare fitting as well as obtain a few parts. Saved myself money doing it myself - other parts locations don't cater to the public and this place does, so that's a big plus.

AWESOME! Another company failed us, but Air Force One was quick to help! We placed a call to them for an emergency AC repair and they had someone out within an hour and a half. Better yet, our tech called us beforehand asking about the details of our problem, provided us with a quote, and then made sure we were okay with that price before he came out to do diagnostics/service/etc. Only an hour, and our AC was working good as new, and at a fraction of the price as the other guys, emergency fee and all! I would highly recommend Air Force One to anyone who is in need of EMERGENCY AC repair.

“Wow! Just wow!”

Wow! Just wow! Our air conditioner decided life was a little too hard and decided to quit on us yesterday. I called and of course, it's August in Texas, so they were a little busy, but were able to schedule us today between 4-6. The technician called early to let us know he had a cancellation and if he could come now. Of course you can! I don't feel like hot boxing in my house ALL DAY. The technician arrived and got to work immediately, he was friendly and super knowledgeable. Once he figured out what the problem was, he came in and discussed with us and gave us a reasonable price for fixing everything. He even gave us some great tips to protect our investment. We've used another service for a couple of years and we'll won't be using them again. They were expensive and really didn't do the best job. So, if you are considering using this business for your air conditioning needs, do it with confidence.

“We love Air Force One!”

We cannot say enough great things about Air Force One. We have been using this company for over two years on referral from a friend. We first used AFO when our AC went out on a hot, Texas night. The house got up to 96 degrees. They were prompt and fixed the issue, no problem (at midnight). We then got the maintenance plan where they come out to check the AC in the summer and heater in the winter. With proper servicing, we have only ever had one other issue (that was fixed immediately by a technician). The customer service is excellent and the technicians are polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. We have since recommended them to family, friends, and neighbors. We love Air Force One!

“WONDERFUL and HONEST!”

I'm bad about writing reviews for exceptional service. Like many people, I tend to use YELP only to issue warnings about businesses that operate with less than exceptional service. My friend refer me to Air Force One A/C and had Dale come out in September to fix my air unit. He replaced the motor and recommended a wash of the outside unit. Wonderful service. Last week my heater went out and I had him come in this morning to take a look. Within 5 minutes he was done - the gas valve had been switched off. Dale also checked the system for safety measures and was on his way. He did this at ZERO cost considering it was a small problem. Dale is WONDERFUL and HONEST!
